Texas Environmental Almanac
The Texas Environmental Almanac provides recent and historical facts, figures, and legislative information on the recent condition of Texas water, land, and air. The Almanac also tracks the state's energy use and waste generation. Information for this Almanac has been compiled from mandated reports and studies conducted by Texas governmental agencies. Special sections focus on the status of Texas parkland and coastal wetlands, Texas flora and fauna, pesticide use and the relationship between the state's environmental health and public health.
Texas Commission on Environmental Quality
The Texas Natural Resource Conservation Commission (TNRCC)is the lead environmental agency for the state.
